SYSTEM FOR TRAINING ON EUROPEAN STANDARDS (T/TS) FOR SUSTAINABLE
USE OF LAND AND WATER IN THE FARM (SULWF)
Basic principles in design of the training system is involvement of methods which assist trainees to:
• Participate actively in the training process which is achieved by implementation of the method of “dialog discussion”;
• Identify the training with the profession, which is achieved by implementation of the “Case study” method.
The system is subordinated of “internationalisation” of the vocational agrarian training and has a complex character to acquire technological and managerial knowledge and practical skills.
Before development of the system for training, the authors looked at the curricula, modules and programs of the partner European countries: Denmark, Holland, United Kingdom and others,
The system is subordinated of the motto: “Lifelong learning”. Because of that, it is open with various entry and exit processes. Innovative methods are introduced permanently through the entry activities, as well improvement of the applied methods.
The final activities are directed to new more effective means for extension of the number and the range of the trainees.
